Import bookings from a Cars+ reservation export — same columns as Airtable sync.
Expected columns: Cars+ Res No · Customer First/Last Name · RES Loc Out/In · RES Date Out/In · RES Time Out/In · Veh Class Reserved · RES Status · Res Days. Only rows with Status = O are imported. Unknown vehicle classes are skipped. Manual bookings are never overwritten unless they share the same Cars+ Res No.

💡 Status filter: only bookings with status O are imported. Vehicle Class reads Veh Class Reserved. Rental Days (Res Days) is stored as reference info. Leave "Vehicle" blank for auto-assignment.
Map Airtable vehicle class values to system codes. Example: "12 Seater Bus" → M. Aliases are saved and applied automatically every time you load records.
